Core Visit - $79
Includes: Consultation, movement &posture exam, first chiropractic adjustment (if appropriate), personalized care plan, at-home rehab guidelines
Premium Visit - $129
Includes: Everything in Core, plus soft tissue therapy or laser treatment
Already have insurance? We're in-network with many major plans. Let us know if you'd prefer to use insurance and we'll verify your benefits in advance.

New Patient Appointment Request
Submitting an appointment request is the first step, not a final booking.
Here’s how the process works:
- Submit your request online or by phone
- Our team will contact you to confirm your appointment and review next steps
- You’ll receive digital intake forms via email
- To finalize your visit, we must receive the following at least 24 hours in advance:
- Completed intake forms
- Insurance information (if applicable)
- Verbal or written confirmation
If we don’t receive all of the above within 24 hours of your appointment, it will be canceled.
48-hour Late Reschedule/Cancel/No-Show Policy
We reserve time specifically for you. To keep our schedule running smoothly for all patients:
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance
- Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee
- New patients who no-show without contacting us will not be rebooked
- No exceptions for illness, weather (unless there is a state/county declared emergency), or scheduling conflicts
A credit card may be required to hold your appointment. By booking, you acknowledge this policy.

Seasonal note
Please be mindful of the weather and try to plan extra time for travel on snowy days.
If there is a statewide or county-issued Snow/Weather emergency, we will forgive the 48-hour late reschedule/cancellation fee if you cannot make it to an appointment due to weather.
However, if there is no statewide or local declared weather emergency, the late reschedule/cancellation policy will still be enforced, so plan accordingly.
